Buildings and Grounds

We handle daily upkeep, seasonal landscaping, snow removal, and the care of playgrounds and athletic fields. Our staff also maintains interior and exterior systems and equipment across the district.

In addition to maintenance, the department supports a wide range of essential services:

• Training staff on new equipment and safety procedures
• Overseeing safety protocols and emergency readiness
• Managing capital building projects
• Supporting energy conservation efforts
• Preparing bids and overseeing project proposals
• Identifying efficient and cost-effective solutions for facilities and maintenance
• Handling district-wide deliveries and warehouse operations
• Managing plumbing, heating, and electrical systems for all ECS properties
