ECS PE Teachers Receive Lesson In Accessibility

This week, ECS PE teachers gathered at Elkhart High School for a presentation from Indiana Soccer on “Futsal.” This is an adaptable version of traditional soccer that can be played in several ways. One of the major highlights of this program is accessibility - through different equipment, ball sizes/colors, and rulesets, it allows students of all abilities to have fun as a complete group. PE teachers will have the opportunity to receive specialized equipment that fits their student population’s needs.

You can check out highlights from the presentation here. Thank you Indiana Soccer for providing this amazing way for all students to work together!
