Notice of Public Hearing
Regarding items described in Indiana Code 20-29-6-1(a)

id="docs-internal-guid-76835c19-7fff-fafa-492d-571a018e9759">Notice is hereby given that Elkhart Community Schools and Elkhart Teachers Association will conduct a public hearing on September 5, 2024, at 4:15 p.m. local time, in the J.C. Rice Educational Services Center, located at 2720 California Road, Elkhart, Indiana, to take public testimony regarding the items described in Indiana Code 20-29-6-1(a), before engaging in formal collective bargaining.  At the public hearing, the School Employer representative and Elkhart Teachers Association representative will hear public testimony specifically related only to those items described in Indiana Code 20-29-6-1(a).
