Menus and Payments

All Elkhart Community Schools are eligible for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2025-2026 school year.

Students who attend CEP schools will receive breakfast and lunch at NO CHARGE under the USDA’s Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). Students may purchase optional ala carte items. Contact Food Services to remove this option from your child’s account.

Online payments: a simple, safe, and secure way to make payments to your student's account 24 hours a day at your convenience. Elkhart Community Schools uses LINQ Connect (formerly known as Titan Prepay Services) to manage online payments.

Please note:

• LINQ Connect administers a fee of 3.95% with a minimum of $2.85.
• Parents may use their previous Titan credentials on LINQ Connect. All parent/student information and existing funds will be transferred to this new platform. Titan Family Portal now LINQ Connect
• Checks: Parents/guardians can also send a check to school with their child. We encourage parents/guardians to print deposit slips to accompany payments sent with students.

The Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP) is a federally assisted program providing free fresh fruits and vegetables to children at eligible elementary schools during the school day. The goal of the FFVP is to introduce children to fresh fruits and vegetables, to include new and different varieties, and to increase overall acceptance and consumption of fresh, unprocessed produce among children. Elkhart Community Schools encourages all families to apply for Free and Reduced Lunch. In addition to free or reduced costs for meals, additional benefits for qualified households include:

• Free broadband-enabled iPads for educational use while at home (based on availability)
• Discounted or waived college application fees
• Discounted or waived fees for standard academic tests, such as the ACT, SAT, and Advanced Placement
• Federal education grants and Title I funding
• Increased funding for the school district in areas like Technology
