Professional Development

Elkhart Community Schools offers a variety of timely, relevant, and engaging professional learning opportunities. The district’s full-time coaches work directly with administrators and teachers to design and lead professional learning geared toward strong classroom instruction, intentional use of technology, and engaging students in learning.

We have an extensive backlog of online PD on our YouTube channel, instructional tips and tricks on our blog, and available upcoming workshops on our events page. Staff also have access to coaches in person or remote for on-demand instructional coaching, brainstorming, or lesson preparation help.
